Very professional and courteous staff. The attention to detail was very impressive. The body lines turned out great, as well as the paint color matching/buffing with no orange peel. Show quality results. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

I really appreciated the frequent text updates. Also I called Friday morning it was due and asked if my car could be finalized before four pm when I had to work if possible, and I got the call at 3pm that it was ready to go. I really appreciate the extra effort the team went to make that happen. Also it was a pleasant surprise that my car had been detailed when I picked it up. Thanks!!

Absolutely. I wanted to add that I really appreciated that caliber works with LV Auto next door to get the alignments done. This was not something I was aware of beforehand. I’ve been taking my car(s) to LV for almost ten years, and to know that my car was worked on by my own trusted mechanic instead of shipped off elsewhere was awesome, and it made me trust and appreciate caliber even more.

It’s perfect. It looks good as new. Picking up my car and finding it not only fixed, but also cleaned inside and out was such a pleasant surprise. Again, excellent customer service.

Everyone I worked with was kind and professional. I did have to ask a few times for the under-bumper damage photos to be emailed to me, but the third time I asked I received them immediately which was nice. They made a concerted effort to have my car done on a Friday before 4pm so I could pick it up before I had do go to work. That’s excellent customer service.

Amazing people that work here, everytime I called i got the answers I wanted, they even went above and beyond to cover my rental after my insurance decided not to communicate with either of us on how long I was allowed to have a rental
