The Caliber Collision on Mosel Street in Kalamazoo is a company of integrity. They are honest and do what they say they will do. I’ve had my car hit in a parking lot before this occasion and the work they did was perfect. It looked like brand new. I couldn’t tell work was done. Likewise, the repair they just did looks great. I am impressed.

While the work done to the car was good the communication was AWFUL!!! I was told by gm that work would be done in a week max. ( this was a determining factor in choosing this location). I called on day 3 only to be told that work had not even begun on my car and I never received communication. I spoke with gm they said that as long as they received parts on day 7 that it would be done on day 9. On day 7 I stopped by to get golf clubs out of car and asked if we were still on track to finish on day 9. I was told yes only to be called the next day to be told the part did not come in. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the lack of communication and misinformation. I would NOT!!!! recommend this location to anyone die to this fact. ( I will Say the work done was done well though)
