The actual spot that was damaged looks good, but there are air bubbles in the new stripe that was placed. There was a white substance the was left on my black spoiler that I had to scratch off myself. There is what appears to be paint overspray near the wheel well of the rear passenger tire. Also, there was a white dust all over my dashboard. It seems like there was not attention to detail in regards to the over-all repair of my car.

I had issues in the beginning while trying to get my car in and whether or not the supplies needed were ordered. After all of that was figured out, there was good communication. The text updates were great.

The Caliber Collision team worked hard to get my car in as quickly as possible for the estimate and the repairs. We had a small issue with my email but it was quickly resolved. Justin made sure I was kept up-to-date on the repair process as I received calls, texts and emails. He kept my car one more day as there was a spot on the bumper he wasn't happy with and wanted to go over it once more.
