Very satisfied with how things turned out on my Subaru wrx! There seemed to be a slight gap on the passenger side where the hood meets the headlight. It looks to be as if a rubber piece is blocking it. From being fully flush. Very minor everything and everyone at caliber collision was wonderful!

Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time in less than a year that I and my car got into an accident. Both times Caliber did the repairs. The quality of service is unbeatable. The prompt updates greatly appreciated. Would recommend them to anyone

The repair shop and the actual repairs were fantastic. Great communications, timely repair, great service, 10/10. The main Caliber call center that my insurance company asked me to call was a different story. The rep I spoke with told me that I had to bring my car to a far away Caliber (there are probably 4 or 5 that are closer to my house), and I could only bring it at a certain time. When I arrived, the team there did not know I was coming, and they ended up towing the car to Kennett (who, again, were fabulous). So I’m not sure why I had to go way out of my way to bring the car to the South Philly location when it got towed somewhere else... I could have brought the car to the Caliber that’s 5 min from my house if it was going to be towed. Next time I’m just bypassing the corporate call center and bringing it to my local Caliber.
