I really liked the text updates! This is my first car, I bought it myself And I’m really proud of this car. I was really nervous about not knowing what was happening to it but I was send updated texts about what was happening and the process. This kind of put my mind at ease having my car at this service. I’ve never been an accident before and I’ve never had to get work done on my car before. I would say overall having my car at the service was great. Great customer service!! Thank you!

Only small issue was the tires what were replaced weren’t completely filled up with air when I went to pick up the car to the point where my dashboard monitor alerted me. Easy fix though as I mentioned this before I pulled away and they gladly filled them up.

Headlight replacement has leaks and moisture build Front two tires that were replaced all leaking air. Also went back and they replaced the valve stems and still leaking so I have to go back again. Not at up to my satisfaction by any means
