They did a fine job with the vehicle, and I appreciated the text updates. I did not feel that their covid precautions were very good, however. They talked big about their safety protocols in pre-messaging when making appointments but then none of the people working there were wearing masks any of the times I went in.

Perfect repair and plenty of TLC in taking care of my baby Nissan. Perfect communication updates which was very considerate since one of the repair parts had to be reordered causing a delay in the repair completion. Perfect ... tres fab service... I will and have recommended Caliber....

Job too a week longer than promised and I have a few minor details I’m not too happy with.. something around rolling in the roof, overspray on the roof railing, light scratches on the rear spoiler and rear window trim not 100% flush.
