Communication on when car would be complete can be improved. I was led to believe it would be ready on Monday or Tuesday, and then get a call on Friday telling me is complete. Yes, this is early, but in coordinating rental cars this still causes an issue. Correct timing is better than getting it "early".

Excellent service! Staff were professional and friendly. The Shop kept me informed about timelines both by email and phone. Finally the repair was done very well and the car was presented to me clean and vacuumed!
