I am absolutely horrified with the results. I bought my vehicle 3 months ago brand new. The shop never once called me to discuss what needed to be done. They just sent me emails. I picked up my car on my lunch break today and from a distance I didn't pay much mind to any discrepancy. When I got home from work I noticed the passenger door which was damaged in the car accident looked like it had a scrape on it. Extremely poor and sloppy work. The foor should have probably been replaced all together. I am a customer of Nationwide who works with you guys and also an employee at Nationwide Insurance. I cannot believe Caliber is a Nationwide preferred shop. I am visiting the shop tomorrow in kennett square, pa 19348 first thing in the morning. I called people at Nationwide as well

Communications were clear and consistent and was treated courteously. Would be a ten but I found it not easy to make an appointment (no phone pickup or answering of messages) so I had to stop by in person to get the appt for an evaluation made. Smooth sailing after that.
