When I arrived to pick up the REPAIRED car, it was obvious that there was still, VISIBLE damage of a DENT. Steve, attempted to correct this with some spray, and ultimately resorted to BUFF the spot out. Also, the ESTIMATE clearly states CLEAN AND DETAIL FOR DELIVERY. It was raining when I picked up the car, and when I stated that clearly, the car obviously had not been properly cleaned, told me to bring the car back on a SUNNY day and he would have it WASHED for me. DETAILING, which I paid for, does not equal WASHING! While I found both Jeff and Steve to be very friendly, this cannot be said for the young lady who took my check and provided me with the bill. She was rude when I spoke to her on the phone, when she called to tell me the car was ready for pick up. She needs an attitude adjustment.
