Mostly satisfied. The bumper was not an exact fit. A tire was low, even though it was full before the repair as far as I know, but Johnathan was nice enough to fill it and tell me that if a nail went in the tire during repairs then a patch might be possible. My car was left unlocked when I arrived. Made me nervous about security of the car and the things in it. I would have liked a quicker repair but câest la vie. Overall ok experience. Great office staff and decent snacks.
