Very straightforward process

High quality and fast service. Regular updates provided. No question was left unanswered. One point deducted because one of the weeks during my repair the update said the same thing “car being prepped for paint” for 5 days straight and I had to contact the shop to ask why the status remained unchanged for so long. They were able to answer my questions over text same day. Then, the repair progress accelerated rapidly and I was able to pick up my vehicle a couple days later. Which is great service. I believe it was mentioned that someone came on the weekend to work on my vehicle, which I appreciate. Though, I wouldn’t want them to come in involuntarily. So I hope it was their choice! Work life balance is important. Thank you!
