I was skeptical about using a shop i didn't know but it was what the insurance company recommended. The Caliber team was excellent. Caroline took a lot of time to explain the damage and the process. Everyone was so friendly. Car is good as new!

An approximately 1.5" Syracuse m scratch was left unrepaired. The door edge is rough and unfinished. The hatch back area was left in disarray with white powder all over.

Everything about getting our repair was smooth, efficient, professional, and friendly. Brandon Voss was a wonderful service advisor and kept us appraised of all steps necessary to do the repair and explained all the steps. Communication was excellent and timely as well. I will highly recommend your shop. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and friendly also!
