I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. Since I was dealing with the at-fault party’s insurance, the whole situation was confusing to say the least, but Maya at the front desk was fantastic. She was welcoming, explained all the next steps clearly, and made sure they got my car in quickly. Jordan was my service advisor and took excellent care of everything, thoroughly explaining the repair process so nothing was missed. To top it off, my car was completed ahead of schedule, getting it back right before the holiday weekend was a huge plus! They made a stressful situation as smooth as possible, and my car looks great. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

Phillip was amazing! From the start of the process - estimating the cost of the job & the time it would take to complete. After the job was complete, he walked me to my truck & explained what was done. They washed the vehicle & detailed the inside of my truck. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to my neighbors & friends. Thank you for taking great care of my 2011 Ford Ranger.
