I could not get any answers to my emails or texts. Even in person I couldn't get answers to my questions. There are also Knicks in the leather of the driver side door where the door closes against the front of the car. Those marks were not there before. I know my car is not new but it means a lot to me and just little things really bother me. They fixed what it was that was hanging out of the back passenger left side seat it had to be taken back into the shop. The man said I'm glad you found that. To be honest I was not jumping up and down with Joy after seeing my car
