John Day and Kevin at Caliber Collision were excellent in the repair of our truck. They found running boards to completely match the old ones, answered all of my calls promptly, and had my truck in immediately. The customer service was excellent as far as personal contact, courtesy, and professionalism. Before I went to them, I dropped by another local well recommended auto shop. I sat for 40 minutes waiting for them to acknowledge me. What a difference! Highly recommend John Day and Kevin at Caliber!!!

I wrecked my car about 3.5 hours away from home and was extremely overwhelmed, expecting the entire process to be long and stressful. As soon as it happened, my insurance representative and I called this location, and John answered the phone. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful. He walked me through everything, helped coordinate getting my vehicle to the shop, and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Considering it was the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, I was amazed by how quickly everything was completed. I got my vehicle back today, 6/5, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent, the repairs were completed in a timely manner, and I always felt informed about what was going on. Most importantly, it was clear that John genuinely cared about helping me and making sure everything was handled properly. I am extremely grateful for his assistance and the work done by the entire team. Thank you all for turning a difficult situation into such a positive experience. Highly recommend!
