I have let every person I come in contact with know NOT to ever use them! I even called my insurance company to let them know to NEVER allow any of their clients go there EVER!

I wish there were a zero! My rep should go back to popping popcorn at Zippy Lube or something! Totally unskilled, unknowledgeable, and the personality of a root vegetable. Definitely put the "less" in effortless!

Communication was lacking during repairs - primary contact resigned during repair window and I had to call to find out / talk to GM about status. He was very helpful and proactive communication from that point forward.

Personable, Professional, Positive & Efficient! Communication was amazing! They kept me informed at each step. When I called the person who answered was able to help me immediately. Kevin was the person responsible for evaluating the needed work & communicating with me. He explained every aspect of the damage & what was needed. When work was finished he went back over the things that had been done. They did a beautiful job!
