The repairs look great, just waiting for mando to call me back with the last parts that need to be installed. Then truck supposed to get buffed out. But over all JULIO did a amazing job and mando provided great customer service, over all id put a five star review on line soon as its 100% complete

My contact at caliber was Nando and he provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. He kept in contact with updates about the repair he saw small details and corrected them. On a scale from 0-10 with ten being outstanding service I give Nando a 20!! I say all this because two years ago I went to caliber and my experience was very negative so whatever changes were made was an excellent move
