My contact at caliber was Nando and he provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. He kept in contact with updates about the repair he saw small details and corrected them. On a scale from 0-10 with ten being outstanding service I give Nando a 20!! I say all this because two years ago I went to caliber and my experience was very negative so whatever changes were made was an excellent move

Your staff is awesome. I’m a Customer Service Manager, so I highly value great customer service. I was in an accident last year and your team was outstanding. I was in another accident recently and there was no doubt in my mind where I wanted to take my vehicle. As long as I live in the Kyle area you’ve made a customer for life. I want to call out Paul because he’s the man. He is highly communicative and remembered me from last year. That is stellar customer service in which I felt like a friend of his. The front desk staff is also insanely good. They are so kind and helpful every time I go in. Thanks for all you do, and keep up the great work.
