My car was not repaired in San Antonio, but when I turned it over the Caliber Collision the shop was extremely clean and the workers neat.i had updates on my car daily. When I picked it up today it was clean and the repair job was great.

I will give it a 10 for Fernando being great customers service. but i am somewhat i am concern about my driver side passenger door that is a little off. we will have to see when it rains and driving it out in the open highway to see if it is going to leak.

Until I receive resolution for the new damage to my vehicle, I am extremely unlikely to recommend caliber collision to anyone.

The dent repair was well done. I do, however, have new scratches on my door. I mentioned this to the employee that delivered my vehicle to me. He stated that I would be called by a regional manager. I have not yet heard from this individual. I would like resolution for the new damage to my vehicle, that was not evident on the photographs taken prior to work done by caliber collision.
