I went in to pick my suv up. They did take care of me despite my car still having a scratch on the back light when I picked up my suv. The person taking care of me when back and fixed it right away. I think they did a great job. But for a minute I feel like I was not being heard.

I was blown away by the service I received at Caliber Collision in Kyle. My car took a little longer than I expected but I was informed throughout the process, returned by the expected date and it was immaculate on the outside and even cleaned on the inside! I was also able to return my rental keys to them and leave the parking lot worry free. Highly recommend!

I have never had an accident where my vehicle needed a HUGE repair - my insurance carrier gave me a list of some to choose, I did my homework, and Caliber Collision did not disappoint. From being greeted by a friendly receptionist (wears more hats than that I am sure) Melanie was patient, understanding, and very thorough on my questions (Im sure she thought oh no not of those) -patient, professional and made me feel at ease - I'm not a big texter, prefer email or phone, she called my phone & made sure I had her #, and told me to call if I had any concerns etc. while I was waiting for my rental to arrive, I was able to observe other customers, and how they were treated - top notch - Customer Service means a great deal to all businesses, and I dont easily give 5 * - in this case I will, and in the event, I should experience any issues that may have to do with my repairs, I feel that Caliber Collision in Kyle will stand behind their words - Thank you Rhonda
