My experience was incredible. Fernando was great, helped me along the whole process, kept me well informed and made the whole process so easy. As for the work, top notch. Dad owned a body shop, your work was incredible, great color March, gaps perfect, everything was perfect. If I have to go through this again your shop will be the first I call. From my initial contact with Caliber Collision through completion of the work done to my truck, I cannot speak highly enough about the entire process. Fernando Trejo, my service advisor set my mind at ease from the moment we shook hands. His attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. My 2018 Ram 2500, still under factory bumper -bumper warranty was handled with the utmost care! If your luck turns south, god forbid and you need collision work done, please don’t take the work anywhere else besides the Kyle TX Caliber Collision location. BTW the owner/manager gave me a ride home the day I dropped off my vehicle! Nothing but outstanding! One last thing, Caliber Collision is hiring(saw add on their fence) for technicians.... if I was looking for that line of employment, it would be the team I would want to join!! VR, John Williams
