I don’t do surveys as a general rule. I, however, considered it my duty to break this rule with regards to Caliber Collision. Fernando was courteous and attentive to my questions. He told me what he was going to have to do. He did what needed to be done. And, afterwards, he explained what he had to do. Very professional. It was truly a pleasure doing business with Caliber Collision. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Great job with repairs but the detailing needs improvement. Had a lot of dust in the interior and overspray on the exterior. Detailing needs to double check to ensure they cleaned/removed shop dust and overspray. But the repairs look great!

My experience was excellent. I will highly recommend Caliber Collission in Kyle because of their promptness and professionalism. Scott made sure I was completely satisfied with the work done on my car and he went over and beyond to achieve it. My car looked brand new when I went to pick it up. Very pleased!
