My rating would be 10 if communications about repeated though valid delays had been a bit better. Actual work done was excellent.

I know it took longer but I’m really glad they ordered the correct bumper and took the time to make sure it fit. Everything looks great

The front counter receptionist was a HUGE help with the entire process, she gladly offered and gave excellent customer service to me while trying to work out drop off times and arranging a rental vehicle around my work schedule. Can't say enough about her service to me during this time. The associate I dealt with regarding the repairing of my vehicle was very professional and gave clear explanations of the process. Overall, having to deal with any type of damage to a persons vehicle is always stressful but the experience I had with the professionals at Caliber Collision helped silence any of the stress typically associated with this situation

The communication from Melanie, my service advisor, was severely lacking. I originally projected to have my vehicle back on April 10th when I dropped my car off on March 30th. When the end of the day rolled around on the 10th and I hadn’t heard anything from the shop, I called to ask if my vehicle was ready to which the answer was no. Not sure why I had to call to find this out rather than being contacted ahead of time and told that it would be delayed. From there I had to call every business day after, as I was continually told the next business day my car would for sure be ready yet it never was. No one would proactively reach out to me to follow up even when they said they would. I asked Melanie to provide follow up each time I called and she never did, although she told me she would. The delay we experienced because of a few delayed parts in the mail was not where my frustration was coming from. I was frustrated because I was just looking for proactive and honest communication, and kept getting promises that were never fulfilled. I was extremely easy to work with and my confidence in the service I was receiving was depleted more and more after every missed opportunity to let me know what was going on with my car. Eventually when my car was ready to finally pick up on April 16th, I looked over my vehicle at Caliber and pointed out several concerns to Melanie that I was seeing with my vehicle’s repairs. Everything I brought up was disregarded or was counteracted with an explanation that did not validate any of my concerns. I did not receive a good explanation of exactly what was fixed. It was more of a “here are your keys, your car is fixed, sign paper work, and then leave” situation. I left frustrated after my interaction with Melanie but was glad to have my car back and know this was over. Once I got home and was able to take a better look at my car and really inspect the repairs, it was clear there were A LOT of inconsistencies and things that were wrong with the repairs. The new front bumper (part that holds my front license plate) looks like it is warped inward and therefore does not sit flush with the grill. Where the hood and my bumper meet in the front looks awful. There are several gaps that just should not be there between parts that were replaced. The hood also does not seems to be sitting properly, as one side sits higher that the other. I truly was at a loss for words when I saw all of these things. Through out this process I showed so much patience and grace during this process and tried my best to just move forward. I tried to stay out of Calibers hair to allow the work to be done that needed to be done, but feel like my patience and trust in Caliber was ultimately taken advantage of. The quality of work this shop provided me was not good at all in early every aspect, from communication, to the actual maintenance/structural repair of my vehicle. I am now working with David who is helping manage the Kyle location on what we can do to get this corrected. I do not need to be contacted by Melanie at this point, as I only will be working with David until this is over.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone ever. This has turned into a complete nightmare, when it should have been a very straight forward repair. It is clear this shop has internal issues that need to be worked out before performing services on customers vehicles. No one seems to be on the same page and the craftsmanship of the work and communication desperately need to be improved.
