My only complaint is that I was initially told the entire bumper had to be replaced and a big estimate was given that pushed me to go through insurance. Almost immediately it changed to being and to be repaired at a much lower cost .I would have gone out of pocket. The team was otherwise amazing and the repair is perfect.

Mel was GREAT! and always is. The person who originally met with me immediately quoted for a full bumper replacement, which pushed me to go through insurance (which I didn't want to do). The repair ultimately was MUCH less involved and I would have preferred to pay out of pocket and avoid a claim on my policy.

The paint job was not satisfactory. When picking up the vehicle saw several spots with clear run spots on clear coat and section not fully painted.
