I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision Kyle. 10/10 service. Melanie was amazing and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The lovely ladies at the front desk were also very helpful and empathetic when I came to pick up my car. My car was also spotless when I came to pick up even though it was very dirty when It was towed so that was the sweetest surprise. I can’t express my gratitude enough! Thank you team!

The car walked out of the shop as if nothing happened, repaired perfectly. Besides the cosmetics repairs, all electronics/electric devices or features affected are working so far as expected.

The color match was great, the bumper and new rear lamp look amazing. They even buffed out scratches next to where the accident occurred. Service was concise and professional, and everything was completed long before the initial estimate. I would do business here again, for sure.

After an initial difficulty getting the car scheduled the repair was very positive. I turned the car over on the ninth the car was delivered quite a few days ahead of time. The car looked really good and everything has sounded good so far. I think they did a really good job on the repairs
