I’m extremely disappointed in my experience with Caliber. It has been one issue after another and I’m still dealing with it as I’m writing this. I picked my truck up this morning only to realize none of my factory safety features are working. Then I get home and literally my car is falling apart where they supposedly repaired it. I brought my vehicle to Caliber because of the 5 star rating but the surprise was on me. I can’t wait to hear what excuse they come up with this time. It’s always an excuse.

I actually had two vehicles damaged in one incident; one was totaled and the other needed repairs. I left a review already so in case I left a review on the total loss one, I’ll just say again that MIKE at the Ladson Road shop is excellent and kudos to him and the team.

Mike and the whole crew were fantastic! They took excellent care of my Genesis, kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, completed the repairs perfectly in record time and gave me my car back cleaner and more perfect than when I bought it off of the showroom floor!
