This location was amazing! Everyone was super easy and pleasant to work with. My car was keyed along the passenger side and you can't even tell there was ever anything there. I'm very satisfied and would definitely feel comfortable working with them in the future

The physical repair was great and made the truck look brand new.

The communication of timing was not satisfactory. Was originally told the repair would take 3-4 days which is what I utilized to coordinate a rental. When I checked in for the truck to ‘supposedly’ be done I was told the parts had only come in the day prior and work had not started. Total repairs took 10 days.

Four screws were left off of the front bummper causing it to drag the ground when going over bumps and rough terrain. Vehicle had to be brought back in for this mistake to be corrected.

They went over and above and did things that they were not getting paid for. A shield was hanging under the car and hitting the ground it was a plastic shield and they put it on the lift and attached it back up and also touched up paint in certain areas
