From start to finish the Caliber team was so helpful! The initial intake was easy, the friendly text updates were great, and Athena was super helpful in organizing the pickup of my car was above and beyond. Should we ever need our card fixed up, Caliber Collision will be our choice.

I got constant updates from Athena. But what really sealed the deal for me was how CC helped me with picking up my car. I am currently at home with my daughter (age 3) who is on quarantine. My husband is working and it would have taken both of us to pick up the car and drop off the rental due to this quarantine and car seat situation. I shared this with Athena who immediately shifted gears and said CC would drop off my car at my house and deliver the rental. I cannot tell you how much that helped us out!!
