Thought front desk receptionist had a real attitude told me I didn't have a appointment it was a week ago, but never called to see why I came in I had made the appointment with Todd Burton no reason to treat me badly

This has been a good experience despite the time it took for the repair. Unfortunately, several parts that came in were defective and had to be reordered. But, they kept me informed about the delays and progress.

Calliber Collision was extremely professional. Their representative, Todd, made sure I was kept abreast of the work being done on my vehicle. When I noted a problem after picking up the car, they immediately responded with offers of help to bring the car back and rectify the issue. I cannot say enough good things about these folks. Their counter personnel were very friendly and helpful as well. Kudos to Todd and all the hard-working folks at Calliber!
