I was kept regularly informed of progress, and having mentioned I had planned to drive this particular car on an upcoming vacation, prior to someone hitting the back of my car, I felt they worked diligently to get the car repaired in time for me to use on my trip. I was placed with how the repairs looked, you couldn’t tell there had been damage and they were very easy to work with for me and for the other person‘s insurance.

Caliber Collision provided a phenomenal repair on my F-450. They replace my front bumper, front grill, and driver side front light. They performed a flawless calibration on all sensors connected to the bumper, and headlight. My collision rep Ernest was nothing short of fantastic! Completely customer focused, and extremely knowledgeable of the entire process. From the receptionist to the entire staff, it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to all my friends and family.

In the last 60-90 days I’ve unfortunately but fortunately had to take my vehicle in for minor collision repairs. On both occasions I must say that their customer service is excellent! Their repair work is amazing, the length of time that it has taken for both was beyond my expectations. They keep you updated along the way. I have utilized other Caliber Collision’s at different locations over the past years that was great, but those at Denver, NC exceeded my expectations with their excellence in service!
