The staff at Gerber Collision in Cornelius NC was top-notch! They were friendly, professional, and kept us updated on the status of our vehicle. Susan ant the front desk was so pleasant! unfortunatly the leak is a big concern

There is a leak in the hatchback. We had a strong thunder storm and in the morning there was a puddle of water on the floor.

Everyone was pleasant and courteous.

I’ve dealt with Gerber twice now and both times they have exceeded my expectations. From the receptionist, Susan to the store manager, Jacob to the painters they go above and beyond and it’s much appreciated.

I have had work done on this vehicle before and both times the work was amazing. I would definitely recommend this shop over any other shop.

The staff from Susan at the front desk, to Jacob the manager this company provides quality results and professionalism. Jacob and Susan are the best assets this company could ask for.

Customer service is top notch. Kept me updated and explained the repairs.

Missing an antenna post that is a special order lots during repair.

Good product insurance is the downfall not the shop but the insurance lowered the score not gerber
