Received updates on vehicle which were inaccurate and wasn’t notified until the day I was supposed to pick it up. Then when it was finally finished, my right rear tire had 14 psi. I would’ve expected them to ensure the tires had air in them and it was ready to go. The people were very nice, all things considering.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision and was very impressed with the service. They kept me updated on repair costs, explained the parts used, and notified me when additional damage was discovered. They even handled communication with my insurance company, which made the process much easier. Terry and Cody were especially personable and kind. I came to pick up the car and it would not start. I am assuming that there may be a loose wire as it did not recognize me stepping on the brake pedal nor did it recognize the emergency brake. I’ll return the key in the drop box.
