The manager and Brandy went above and beyond to correct a situation Ken mishandled. Had it not been for them, we would have taken our business to another body shop and reported the issue to our insurance company. People do make mistakes; however, it is important to remember that those mistakes compound the hardships customers are facing when a vehicle is damaged, esoecially when the customer has been the victim of a crime. We sincerely appreciate the professionalism and care shown by the manager and Brandy!! The work was completed perfectly as well. Thank you to those completing the repairs!
