I would recommend Caliber Collision to ANYONE looking for a reliable car shop/repair place. At first I wasn't very sure about taking my car there, but now after having my car in the shop for a week and getting it back. I AM 100% SATISFIED ! The employees there were so nice and was so helpful. I got my car back, and it seems like they did more to fix my car then I even asked for. They went above and beyond and I am very pleased with the final results ! Thank you again Caliber Collision.

Tried contacting location of issues with "repairs". Very unhappy with work which is not completed and vehicle occurred other damages during the "repairs". Also tried calling about a missing product that was in vehicle to see if it was just misplaced and at location. I would not recommend caliber to anyone at this point. They need to contact me back so that we can discuss issues and when they can actually repair the additional damages that occurred at their shop. Insurance, USAA has been contacted with poor work and ignoring repeated calls and email to discuss. As far as I am concerned they did what they had to do to push it out and used damaged parts and somehow my car incurred serious and dangerous damages they need and should repair at their cost and do what they need to do to make things right with my vehicle. USAA incurred costs as well that seem extreme for what has happened.

Took a month of having my car and tons of excuses when technically used in the end used half parts from damaged parts. Never kept me up to date until day I got call that it was completed. At first it seemed ok until they used shop management issues as to why vehicle was not worked on then had to call a few times to finally get that they have attempted to find door and waiting. Nothing but excuses at first the. No responses to my calls or emails. Lies. No respect for what we tried to explain some things before leaving with car but was never heard and pushed out. Lady that was there left as we walked in with us standing there to smoke, then finally few minutes later gentleman came out to give us paperwork. They don't seem very professional at all.

The only thing I would have like was to be able text back questions I would have had, but all in all the experience was great they really have very good popcorn my grand kids loved it. Thanks guys you even cleaned my car that was really appreciated. GOD BLESS YOU

I am pleased and satisfied with the repair on my VW. They finished the work 5 days earlier than the anticipated completion date. The whole crew that I had the pleasure of dealing with was extremely courteous. Jeff, whom I dealt with more was courteous and knowledgable about the operation. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs body repair work on their car. I was 100 per cent satisfied with mine.
