We were pleased with how thorough the manager was in making certain everything think was repaired and in proper working order. We also appreciated the excellent communication keeping us apprised of the repair status. This is a very welcoming and attentive group to work with.

My driver side window was really stuck from going down, though I was able to free it. Also, internal communication seemed to be confused about the estimated date of completion.
