Quality and time promised was not their priority. Service writer did a good job reaching out though. Always had an excuse but at least she had something.

For a professional shop. Some of the work was questionable. At least there's life time warranty...or so they say.

In the beginning, the service writer reached out to inform me what was going on. I was mentioned it would take about 2 months. I said no problem. After the 2 months, for the next 3 to 4 weeks. I kept being told it was almost ready. "It should be done next week" or "Give us another day or 2". Had to keep canceling plans because the due date kept getting pushed back for almost an additional month.

They kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions promptly, and made the repair experience smooth and stress-free. I would especially like to recognize the manager Cody, who went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with a check that was significantly delayed by the bank. He stayed involved, followed up on the matter, and helped move the process forward when it seemed stalled. His assistance made a big difference and was greatly appreciated.
