My rep Eric was very nice, thoroughly explained everything, kept me up to date, had a few minor scratches and chips repaired at no charge, and had the car washed at pickup. I haven't checked out all my car's features yet to confirm everything is working, but the body work looks fine.

My experience with caliber collision was awesome. April and Savannah are undescribable great at their jobs. For what was a negative experience with an insurance debacle they turned it into such a positive experience if I ever need collision repairs again I will without a doubt be coming back to caliber.
