Cody did a fantastic job during our intake, which was pleasant and efficient. He also tried his best to cover for Savannah who after multiple phone calls, and awful communication skills refused to walk down a hallway to deliver paperwork or keys herself and is the reason I am unable to leave a decent review. I was warned, and I didn’t listen because I prefer to judge for myself. This repair was on someone else’s dime. If it were on mine? Wow!

I’ve used Caliber Collision of Denver,NC previously, and that is why I returned when a deer decided that I needed some auto body work. They are very professional in both their workmanship and customer service. I always recommend them to friends and neighbors. I brought my 2023 Toyota RAV4 XLE to Caliber Collision - Lake Norman (Denver, NC) on February 19, 2026 after a rear-end collision. The repair was supposed to be straightforward (rear bumper, liftgate, sensors). Here is what actually happened: February 19 – March 11: Multiple delays with ADAS calibration, parts, and liftgate fitting. Mid-March: The liftgate was knocked off the paint stand by a storm and had to be repainted. April 13 (almost 8 weeks later): The car was finally "ready". Upon pickup I found: Uneven and excessive gaps between the liftgate and body (much wider on the left side). The liftgate sits slightly proud/protruding on the left when closed. Visible scratches and swirl marks around the taillights and rear bumper area. The manager initially downplayed the issues and said "we can't do it better". They eventually agreed to fix the emblems (wrong color initially), but the alignment and gap issues remain unresolved. I was told this is "as good as it gets". The communication was okay at first with text updates, but the overall experience was very frustrating due to the extremely long repair time and below-average final quality. After 54 days in the shop, I expected factory-level fit and finish. I would not recommend this location if you care about proper body alignment and paint quality.
