I had an AMAZING experience with Caliber Collision in Denver, NC. The team did an incredible job on my car — the repairs look fantastic and everything was handled with true professionalism from start to finish. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I always knew what was going on. After a stressful car accident, they truly made the whole experience easy and smooth for me. Everyone there was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I’m so grateful for their hard work and outstanding service. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing repairs!

Everyone with whom we had contact was professional & explained process thoroughly. Savannah dealt with insurance company ( which was the worst part!) I was kept apprised of timeline and estimated completion on daily basis via text. Caliber made an unpleasant event bearable. Thank you!

The employees at your Denver, North Carolina location made a very stressful experience be so much easier. From the minute, I walked in the office. They were kind and polite and professional. They kept me up-to-date on the repairs and the estimate. In particular, Savannah was incredibly great to work with.

I was always treated with respect, professional, and extremely courteous. Savannah was GREAT! But even the receptionist (sorry cannot recall name), she was so very pleasant. They all answered any questions I had and the end result was beyond my expectations. My car (that I love) looked like new. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

The body work was not completed parts to repair the truck were used parts the paint work has holes in it and the brake light is out in the side that was “fixed” but was in good working condition when it was dropped off make your own assessment of this review
