Love the consistent updates and communication on the progress of the car as it works through the repair process. Friendly, competent staff are easy to work with. Also like how Caliber Collision works so well with the insurance and rental car companies.

Caliber did a great job repairing my car, I was pleased with my car’s repair. They communicated frequently and efficiently throughout the whole process and I didn’t encounter issues or extensive waiting at all. In particular, Brittney was very helpful and knowledgeable. The only criticism I have is that my car wasn’t washed when it was picked up.

The front staff were great. Particularly, Crystal was great. I appreciate the management being willing to order the parts and have them on hand before I dropped my truck off. This helped me a lot. However, two and a half weeks to complete the repairs is excessive. I am aware that a technician somehow bailed out, and my truck sat there untouched for some time. Unfortunately, that one technician blew the whole experience.
