Parking is limited, location of body shop is on a very busy street so difficult to get in and out of the shop, difficult to get a hold of the individual overlooking the claim on my vehicle.

Everyone was courteous and kind from beginning to end. They handled the interface with State Farm. They started working on my car immediately. They gave me a ride home when I dropped off the car. They stored the car for a few days while I was on vacation. AND, they did a good repair job on my car.

I really appreciate the daily texts to inform me of the progress on my car’s repair. We had several set backs and additional parts had to be ordered, and I was always informed. Two hours after picking up my car, I was stranded at my home with a dead battery, and the store manager and a tech came to my home and brought a replacement battery. Above and beyond service! Thank you!

Excellent work done in restoring front end damaged by hit-&-run incident. Caliber staff professional, responsive and highly courteous, providing frequent text updates onon progress. Completed work right on schedule, and our 2017 Nissan Murano looks as though bought new off showroom floor. Amazed at the craftsmanship!
