I would have to say a few details were overlooked. My Honda Ridgeline was in for damage to the rear bumper and tailgate when I received a call that it was ready and I could pick it, the tailgate was painted, but no longer operated you could not open it at all. Also, the bumper was replaced, but I did not receive my trailer hitch and ball back from the shop.

I will never get my car repaired elsewhere. Your customer service it top notch. Above & beyond for sure! Linda at your Lakeway office was extremely helpful when my insurance company dropped the ball and at every step from the get go. Way to go Caliber Collision!

Bare minimum service was done to solve the specific problem outlined but the quality of service was excellent. My only issue was that there was more bumper damage discovered that was not communicated early enough to be fixed. As a customer, I was willing to pay for extra service and parts had I been notified. Also, Caliber Collison would have even made more money but nobody from the team told me about this until after the repair. To do the same service, the cost would have doubled because they would have had to do an extra labor cost for taking the front bumper off again
