I was told that my car was repaired with the cheapest parts because insurance was footing the bill. So not only is my car with way less money now, I also know it has the cheapest parts. I would hope a better company would fight for a better rear and repair.

I was told my car would be finished almost 5 days before I received the text that it was finished. I had made plans according to that timeline, also having a rental car, it was very inconvenient finding out that I needed to pick up my car 4 days earlier than I was told.
