I understand issues happen, I was told by my insurance agent that Caliber is their preferred repair shop, I was expecting no issues when I dropped my car.

Went to pick up the car, paid and when went to see the car, Fender was not painted correctly, messed up my arrangements to take the car to my son in San Antonio, I was expecting better check when the call and say car is ready. Folks are friendly and they kept me informed of the progress.
