Although the lady sitting at the desk was kind, her professionalism left me with a bad taste in my mouth the day I went in for my estimate. She must have been busy and frustrated because the phone rang and she let out a fairly loud "F**K"

My overall repair experience was great! Everyone at Lakeway Caliber treated me with kindness and a caring attitude. Greg was easy to talk to and deal with, and he had a good sense of humor, which I appreciate. The repair to my 16 year old Toyota Tundra was done perfectly. I expected that there would be a difference in the old paint and the new...but there was no difference, it looked great! And for yâall to go to the extra trouble to detail it inside and out meant so much to me, it made me feel like my truck was almost new again. Those kinds of things are important, they show that you truely care about your customers. Thank you all so much!
