The repair looks good. The problem I had was Neal wouldn’t call me back to give me an update on my warranty. If it would be honored or not. I had to call multiple times, everytime I was told he would reach out to me and never heard anything back. Finally after weeks I get a call with an appointment 3 weeks out. Took the job another 3 weeks to be completed. The job looks good. I’m just disappointed that as a manager he should be giving his customers a call if that’s what the customer was expecting.
