Overall I am satisfied. However, I am a little surprised that I did not receive a follow-up telephone call to ask how the repairs are holding up. My alignment is slightly off as the vehicle steers to the right. I have been extremely busy haven't made time to call the shop. I am thankful that caliber collision repair my vehicle and even send a thank you letter. Thank you for the survey!

Thank you for making the car look great! The lady (sorry I forgot her name) at the front was marvelous. The paint was incredible! So much so that when we got it back home my husband (and son) asked if you could make a paint pen for some of the scratches. Beautiful job. Thanks again David and Laura
