Hugo and the rest of the staff was amazing! Since I stepped in the door for the very first time they guided me through the process even having the rental place come and pick me up. Throughout Hugo would give me updates on the process of my vehicle. He even offered to turn in my rental so I can just come pick up my vehicle hassle free.
