I especially want to highlight Stephen, who went above and beyond throughout the process. Not only was he professional and helpful, but he also assisted me in getting my vehicle from the auto body shop when I didn’t have a way to get there. That level of customer care made a stressful situation much easier, and I truly appreciate his extra effort.

Fantastic the whole way through. I was constantly updated through text messages, every step of the way. Stephen made sure I knew what was going on almost daily. From the initial drop off of my vehicle with the very friendly employees in the office, to the day it was fixed where they dropped it back off at my house, the customer service has been amazing. So far, my car is looking and driving great. I would definitely use Caliber Collision again in the future.
