I was very pleased with the service I received from Caliber and Jose. Jose kept me informed of all progress of the repair and it was easy from start to finish. Very thorough. I was very scared using a new shop but with the expert repair to matching my paint color I was very pleased and hopefully I won't need them but if I need my car fixed from a accident this shop will definitely be my first choice.

Jose was great kept me in the loop and my car ended up getting repaired quicker than expected. Only thing I noticed was the tire pressure was off on the three tires that weren’t repaired.

The repair of the quarter panel dent and paint job was super nice, except for a small drip of paint on the exterior that could have been sanded down or buffed off. The major disappointment was the rear hatch, there was absolutely NO problem with the hatch before and now it doesn’t operate properly, it has a grinding sound when opening and it has to be opened manually- the sound is loud and awful. Jose offered to give me a deal to have them to fix the problem (that they created). After discussing that the problem wasn’t an issue before the quarter panel dent repair. He then told me that he would fix it free of charge. I’m disappointed in the fact that someone thought it was okay to give me back my car in this condition. If the problem existed when I submitted my car, someone should have called me or reached out to make me aware of the condition to possibly add it to the necessary repairs. They didn’t because it was not a problem. Irresponsible on the repair technician team- insult to injury! -Debra Santos *** *** ****
